Ceramic Coatings require a perfectly clean surface to bond. Paint Prep is the non-negotiable detailing process of stripping all old waxes and correcting paint before application.
Perform a full paint correction (polish) before application. The coating locks in the paint’s condition, so you must remove all swirls and scratches first.
Wash the vehicle regularly with a pH-neutral, non-wax soap to prevent mineral buildup. Apply a ceramic "topper" or "booster" spray every few months to maintain peak hydrophobic performance.
Restore faded plastic trim to prevent UV degradation and complete the exterior detail. Once the paint is corrected, it must be protected. This final layer provides gloss, hydrophobic (water-beading) properties, and defends against UV rays and contamination. I loved this place! The girl who helped me behind the counter was very nice and very informative. She helped answer all of my questions. She even recommended a few things. I purchased a 150 gallon water tank and the boss (I assume he was the boss), was very helpful in helping me load it in the truck.
